In order to accommodate the occupancies desired by the clients, a 6,000 sq.ft. addition was added to the existing building. This Tenant improvement project required structural engineering services, seismic upgrade design, ADA review and recommendations, as well as MEP design-build services. NDD set a goal of integrating as much energy efficiency and sustainable features as possible into the design which earned the project and SDGE Energy Efficiency Integration Award in 2007.
