This existing 1,400 sq.ft. 1970's home is located in the Mission Hills neighborhood of San Diego. NDD was responsible for the design of this new mid century modern style home consisting of 2 stories and a subterranean garage.
• The home’s position on the sight was carefully designed in order for it to receive as much natural light and ventilation as possible
• This home features open elevations and decks that create “Indoor/Outdoor” living spaces that give this home larger much more usable living space than it would otherwise have
