offers a full range of design services. Our talented designers can develop a complete architectural package from initial concept, to design development, through to the completion of construction documents. Whether a project is new construction or a remodel of an existing structure, our team provides the creativity and design know-how to develop designs that exceed clients expectations.
Architectural Design
With this service we design all of the architectural elements of a project. NDD provides construction documents for submittal to the appropriate governing body for approval. We can design new structures, a minor remodel or small addition, or devise the plan for a total overhaul of an existing structure.
Interior Design
Our designers provide a complete interior design concept with this service. This includes the selection of fixtures,finishes, materials and furnishings for a project. NDD takes care of purchasing and hiring sub-contractors to ensure seamless installation.
Landscape Architecture
This service goes hand in hand with our architectural design service. NDD can provide concepts and detailed landscape design drawings to a client just as we provide architectural services.
Title 24
NDD provides this service at no additional cost to our clients on all architectural design projects as part of the construction documents we produce.
Code Consulting
Non-Structural code design includes plans and plan review and design for fire safety, exiting issues, and accessibility requirements. NDD reviews all codes relative to the architectural design of a building. Our extensive experience with government and regulatory agency's procedures enables us to eliminate any potential issues with these requirements. NDD provides this service at no cost to our clients on each structural engineering project.
