Structural Engineering Design
This service includes the design of structural systems for a project. We provide all construction documents for submittal to building code department with final approval. If designing for an existing building we will complete a seismic analysis prior to design.

Structural Engineering Review
We do many site inspections to determine whether or not a project has been designed correctly. We provide documentation corrections if needed and submit to the governing body for approval.

Structural Feasibility Studies
This service includes a review of the
current structural condition of a building and recommendation/options for design and construction. This service includes an inspection, written or verbal assessment, and opinion/recommendation for client.

Code Consulting
Non-Structural code design includes plans and blueprint review and design for fire safety, exiting issues, and accessibility requirements. This service is for the codes relative to the architectural design of a building. Our extensive experience with government and regulatory agencies procedures enables us to eliminate any issues with these requirements. We provide this service at no cost to our clients on each project.

Structural Renovation & Retrofit
Review of structural integrity of older/existing building. This service includes an examination/inspection of the current building and then structural design to conform to the current building code requirements.

Dynamic Analysis Base Isolation
The service includes analysis of high-rise buildings and structural design of base isolations for buildings with high activity.

Equipment Support and Anchorage
This service includes structural design of anchorage systems for mechanical equipment to building structures including anchorage for air condition units, heating units, and radiology machines.
