Nakhshab Development & Design offers a full range of structural & MEP design, review, and consulting services.
Whether you're an architect, developer, or owner we can provide specialized structural engineering and MEP en-
gineering services for both new construction and renovation/modernization projects. It is our mission to create
value for each one of our clients through value engineering, lower construction costs and a shorter design phase.
Our combination of engineering, building code, and construction knowledge allows our team to foresee problems
before a project begins. Our areas of expertise include residential, multi-family, mixed use, commercial, institutional, and government projects.
Structural Engineering
With this service we design all of the structural systems for a project. NDD provides construction documents for
submittal to the appropriate governing body for approval. If designing for an existing building we will complete a
feasibility study prior to design.
MEP Engineering
NDD can design all of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for a project. NDD provides construction
documents for submittal to the appropriate governing body for approval. Recommendations can also be provided
on ways to incorporate "green" systems into a project.
Seismic Retrofit
This service includes a review of the current structural conditions of a building and recommendations/options for
design and construction. This service includes inspection, written or verbal assessment, and recommendations for
client. We then provide construction documents for submittal to the appropriate governing body.
Fire & Life Safety
Non-Structural code design includes plan review and design for fire safety, exiting issues, and accessibility requirements. We review all codes relative to the architectural design of a building. Our extensive experience with government and regulatory agency's procedures enables us to eliminate any issues with these requirements. We provide this service at no cost to our clients on each structural engineering project.
