Moment frames and masonry walls at the ground floor were designed to support shifts and cantilevers throughout this ground up townhome project.
• The project consists of three, four-story attached homes located on a narrow infill property overlooking the city of San Diego and the San Diego Bay
• Each home is approximately 1,900 sq.ft., with a two car garage and an entry at the ground level. A circulation stair leads up to a second level of bedrooms, level three houses the living/dining/kitchen area, and the fourth level is comprised of the master bedroom suite and terrace
• Long, angled overhangs provide shade control and directional form
• Cut face masonry at level one identifies the base and provides terraced landscaping
