This medical office Tenant Improvement included phased construction of new offices, exam and outpatient rooms for a cancer screening and a diagnostic center. NDD was responsible for the architecture, engineering, and construction for this project.
• New MRI room and CT-Scan clinic
• Incorporation of energy efficiency measures to lower owner’s expenses
• Use of the existing footprint of the suite while adding additional functionality and patient services
• Extra care was taken to ensure patient privacy
• NDD coordinated with local health and radiological agencies
