Architectural Design, Seismic Retrofit, Structural Engineering + ADA Upgrade
NDD provided seismic retrofit, structural engineering design, MEP upgrade, and ADA upgrade services for this tenant improvement project in the historic Old City Hall building in San Diego’s Gaslamp District.
• The building’s interior was completely gutted in order to make room for new condo units of up to 2,000 sq.ft. each
• Care was taken to ensure the exterior of the building was not disturbed due to the historic nature of the building
