Soheil Nakhshab
Principal & CEO, Structural Engineer, Co-Founder
Soheil is a co-founder of NDD and serves as principal and CEO for the company. He is experienced in many aspects of real estate including both the structural engineering design/review and construction of commercial and residential buildings. In his current role, Mr. Soheil Nakhshab is responsible for oversight of all engineering, development, construction, design-build, LEED and business segments of the company.

Prior to launching Nakhshab Development Design, Soheil was actively designing healthcare, high technology, and school buildings. Soheil also has an experienced background in the construction of residential properties. As a project manager he was responsible for oversight of the construction of custom homes.

Mr. Nakhshab graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University.

Sasan Nakhsab, P.E.
Principal, Structural Engineer, Co-Founder
Sasan is a principal and Co-Founder of NDD. Mr. Nakhshab personally oversees all engineering and development projects. Mr. Nakhshab has vast experience in the design/construction industry, including extensive knowledge in the comprehensive application of building code. He is well versed in wide range of project types and has developed a sincere level of sensitivity to design issues and importance of code compliance.

Before establishing NDD, Mr. Nakhshab had an extensive career with the City of San Diego Building Department. As the Senior Structural Plan Checker his primary role was to educate staff and patrons on egress and accessibility issues and to assist in the resolution of conflicts. Also, he was responsible for assisting in the enforcement and edification of such codes.

Mr. Nakhshab was founding partner of Arisan & Associates, a primary developer for several high-rise towers and developments. Mr. Nakhshab was personally responsible for designing and managing the firm's projects.

Mr. Nakhshab graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a bachelors degree in Civil engineering. Sasan hold a professional engineers (P.E.) license in civil engineering.

Nima Nakhshab
Construction Contractor, Co-Founder
Nima Nakhshab is a co-founder of NDD, and currently serves as a general contractor for the company. He is experienced in many facets of construction for residential and commercial projects. Nima's responsibilities include oversight of construction projects, along with development of the firm's relationship with customers and suppliers.

Before establishing NDD, Nima worked as a project manager where he successfully administered the construction of custom homes and tenant improvements. Mr. Nakhshab has a vast knowledge of the various types of construction processes and materials.  

Mr. Nakhshab holds a bachelors degree in business management from California State University – San Marcos.
