Engineering Design
NDD was responsible for the structural engineering design of this 140,000 sq.ft. concrete tilt up in Palm Springs, CA. The client had a very tight construction budget and timeline for the project. NDD’s experience as both a structural engineering and construction firm was very effective in value engineering and designing to meet the tight timeline and budget. This project was completed per the architects schedule and budget. The project has been permitted and is awaiting the start of construction. NDD additionally will provide construction administration support as requested by the Client. |
