Seismic Retrofit
NDD was responsible for the structural engineering seismic retrofit for three existing commercial buildings in South Park. All three buildings were analyzed and upgraded to current building code standards. This project was under a very tight time constraint due to the fact that the city council was involved in the development. NDD completed the field observations and new design within 2 weeks. |
