Engineering Design
The Island Wine Bar involved a change of occupancy
and structural upgrade in an existing 8,550 sq. ft.
single-story building with basement. NDD is currently
providing calculations and reinforcement to the existing
un-reinforced masonry structure to show that the
building will be safe an up-to-date with today’s
codes. |
