Structural, Seismic Retrofit and Tenant Improvement
This Historic building in the heart of Gaslamp involved
structural calculations and designs for a proposed
partial seismic retrofit to an existing commercial
building. The project involved anchoring the existing
un-reinforced masonry building to the roof diaphragm
and retrofitting the existing parapet. The ground
level consists of retail, with the top level consisting
of newly designed and constructed residential.
Complete Design was done by NDD on this
10,000 square foot building. |
