This beautiful 1950’s home, originally designed and built by renowned architect Henry Hester, is located on a sprawling 1.2 acre lot in Del Mar, CA. After the home had fallen into disrepair NDD worked with the owners to provide full design and development services to create a one of a kind modern “GREEN” home. The project is in the process of potentially obtaining a LEED Silver certification through implementation of green building materials along with water, solar and energy efficient technologies. Unique services on this project include complete interior & exterior remodel, LEED home design & certification, design restoration of 1950’s home and seismic upgrades to today’s standards.
