NDD was responsible for the design, structural engineering, and construction of these two beautiful 8,000 square foot homes located high up on Mount Soledad. Each home has an amazing
view of the coast and downtown San Diego. Originally,
there was a single 3,000 square foot home on the lot. NDD divided the lot in half and built two new homes. NDD was also responsible for all of the landscape
and site work which included two new infinity pools, jacuzzi, bars, bbq, fire pits, water falls, water fountains, etc. The construction time for this project was 14 months with both homes selling immediately after completion.
