Sasan personally oversees all engineering and development projects within the company. He has vast experience in the design and construction industry, including extensive knowledge of the comprehensive application of building codes. He is well versed in a wide range of project types and has developed a sincere level of sensitivity to design issues and the importance of code compliance.

Nima currently serves as the construction manager for NDD. He is experienced in many facets of construction for both commercial and residential projects. Nima's responsibilities include oversight of construction projects, along with public relations and marketing.

Mitra is the lead interior designer at NDD. She specializes in both residential and commercial interiors and works with clients to achieve their specific design goals by guiding them through the material, finish, fixture and furniture selection process. She also handles specifications, purchasing and installation coordination.

Sr. Electrical Engineer
Morteza has over 26 years experience in the facility electrical engineering design industry. His roles as lead electrical engineer and electrical plan reviewer for federal government projects, high rise buildings, multifamily developments and commercial offices/mixed-use are a proven track record for success in this competitive industry.

Project Manager
Georgia brings NDD a background in Architecture with an emphasis in sustainable design. She is well versed in all aspects of LEED. Georgia provides detailed organization skills for all NDD projects ranging from construction documents through LEED certification documentation. Georgia has over 10 years of experience in this industry working on a wide range of projects which include commercial, institutional, government, and residential.
