NDD was responsible for the structural engineering design and construction of this 5,000 sq.ft. home in La Jolla. This Tuscan style home has beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding park-like terrain.
• NDD excavated nearly 20 feet of soil and re-compacted new decomposed granite to create a more solid base for the new home, avoiding caisson construction
• NDD was also responsible for the detailed landscape/site work, which included a new infinity edge pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, bar, bbq, water fall and fountain
• The homeowners were on a strict timeline and NDD was able to meet their deadline by completing construction in 12 months
